Processing

Our processing services are built for speed, consistency, and accuracy — all performed under one roof. With advanced CNC saws and an integrated drill/saw line, we handle large structural members with tight tolerances and repeatable precision. Plate Processing

From stock plates to precision-formed components, our plate processing capabilities are built to handle projects of all sizes. We utilize HD plasma and oxy-fuel burning tables to deliver clean, accurate cuts on plate up to 6” thick and 55’ long. Once cut, your steel can be formed using our 400-ton press brakes or rolled into cylindrical shapes using one of our two plate rolls — designed for both light and heavy-gauge work. Whether you’re ordering parts for hoppers, tanks, or custom structures, our team ensures every plate arrives exactly how you need it — and ready for use.
